Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited in their G.O.O. No. 207/GM(A)/2001, dated 03.08.2001, whereby they provided benefit for consideration of appointment on compassionate grounds on an younger brother but not on an older brother. Preserving the said liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn after hearing Sri Resu Mahender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. No costs.
