HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO: 3 8 7 9 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action on the complaint dated 06/2/2015 given by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct the third respondent to register crime basing on the complaint given by the petitioner and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home [Telangana].

3. In pursuance of civil dispute between the petitioner and one Mr.S.G.Ramappa in respect of real estate transaction and making payment of Rs.25,00,000/- to him, the petitioner filed a complaint dated 06/2/2015 before the third respondent against S.G.Ramappa. On certain disputed questions, the complaint is not taken on record and no FIR was registered against Mr.S.G.Ramappa, therefore, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

4. On written instructions, dated 25/02/2015, Sri S. Ram Mohan Rao, Assistant Government Pleader for Home [Telangana]

submits that the petitioner never approached the third respondent nor any such complaint is received by the third respondent.

4. In view of the above submission made by the Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
