The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop permanent dealer for Maseedpuram Village, Mahanandi Mandal in Kurnool District, on 12.06.1998. Her authorization was renewed from time to time and it is subsisting as on today. While so, a show cause notice was issued on 17.07.2017 asking the petitioner to show cause as to why her authorization should not be cancelled on two charges. Though the petitioner submitted the explanation, when the authorization of the petitioner was suspended on 17.08.2017, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Since the enquiry is pending before the third respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition, but directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
