THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.22324 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.J.U.M.V.Prasad for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The petitioners pray for the following relief: "............Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not receiving and processing the document sought to be presented by the petitioners with respect to the house bearing No.51/15A-45, Brindavan Nagar, forming part of Plot No.33 to an extent of 266.6/9 sq.yards in Sy.No.322/1A, Kallur, Kurnool District in favour of third parties, as being illegal, arbitrary .........." On instructions, the Assistant government Pleader submits that the petitioners even without approaching Sub-Registrar or presenting the document for registration have filed the instant writ petition.

The 2nd respondent is prepared to receive the document and process the same in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
