As there was no representation for the appellant on 16.02.2015, this appeal was directed to be listed on 27.02.2015 under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

When the matter came up for consideration today, there is no representation for the appellant, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Dismissal'. It indicates that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
