This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 22.09.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.32804 of 2017. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent-Special Chief Secretary, Higher Education has complied the Order, dated 22.09.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.32804 of 2017 and the has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the light of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
