THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15461 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents, more particularly, the 2nd respondent, in issuing the proceedings in R.C.No.1418/2013-B3, dated 15.05.2015. A perusal of the order impugned in this writ petition shows that it is a show cause notice asking the petitioner to appear before the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Kurnool, with written explanation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the said show cause notice at this stage.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the final order before appropriate Authority/Court/Tribunal, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the same. There shall be no order as to costs.
