THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1692 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 22.09.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.32901 of 2017. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent-Special Chief Secretary, Higher Education has passed G.O.Rt.No.95. dated 23.08.2018 and thereby complied the Order, dated 22.09.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.32901 of 2017 and a copy of the said order was also served on the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner.

In the light of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
