Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

The petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2 are at liberty to file discharge applications before the trial court, in which case, the trial Court will dispose of the discharge applications on merits at the earliest.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
