Subhash Reddy) S ri A.Nagendra Rao, learned counsel, addressed a letter dated 10.02.2015 to the Registry, stating that the parties have resolved their disputes amicably and entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 08.02.2015 and, as such, seeks permission to withdraw the appeals. Permission is accorded and the appeals are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
