When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Municipal Corporation, that the respondentauthorities have rejected the application of the petitioner for regularization.

If that being so, no relief can be granted in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. However, it is open for the petitioners to assail the rejection order, if they are so advised.
