HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.22298 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners through representation dated 23.10.2017 filed before the 2nd respondent seek correction of entries in the Adangal for survey numbers referred in the representation dated 23.10.2017. The instant writ petition is filed complaining inaction in considering and disposing of the representation, which is more in the nature of appeal, filed and pending before the 2nd respondent. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 2nd respondent would dispose of the request of the petitioners after issuing notice to all the affected parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
