Since the petitioner's counsel is no more, notice was ordered to the petitioner on 26.03.2015. As per the office note, notice sent to the petitioner returned unserved with endorsement "addressee not found in this address".

2. None appeared for the petitioner, even today. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
