Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the second respondent in disposing of the representation dated 15.04.2005 filed by the petitioner for effecting mutation in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.5-24 guntas in survey No.15 situated at Hasmathpet Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

This Court by order dated 06.06.2005 directed the second respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.04.2005.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the said order dated 06.06.2005 nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
