THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32428 of 2017 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner along with others submitted a representation on 02.09.2017 to the respondents opposing establishment of A4 wine shop, the respondents are proceeding to grant the licence to the 6th respondent. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the official respondents to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law. This Court considers the said request as reasonable and accordingly the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the official respondents to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 02.09.2017, said to have been made by the petitioner and others strictly in accordance with law, if the subject licence is not granted so far.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
