THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 539 OF 2016 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 18.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7238 of 2016.

It is represented that subsequent to the order, dated 18.03.2016, Telangana Tourism Development Corporation Limited carried the matter in writ appeal and the Division Bench of this Court disposed of the writ appeal varying the above said order.

In the light of the above, the contempt case is closed accepting the unconditional apology offered by respondent No.1 that the delay occurred in implementing the order of this Court is on account of the administrative decision to carry the matter in appeal.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
