This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Order dated 27.07.2007 in Appeal No. 216 of 2006 on the file of the 1st respondent - Appellate Authority for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR).

During the pendency of the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits, the sick industry, the 3rd respondent came to be rehabilitated by implementing the rehabilitation package and in those circumstances, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.

The miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
