This Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 182 of 2013 on the file of I Town Police Station, Vijayawada. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police, after conducting investigation, have filed their final report on 03.02.2014 referring the complaint as 'civil in nature.
