It is stated that application of the petitioner dated 29-01-2015 filed for regularization of entries in respect of land in Sy.No.7/A and 232 B admeasuring Ac.0-15 guntas and Ac.2-17 guntas respectively of Maddikunta Village, Mustabad Mandal, Karimnagar District is pending.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner dated 29-01-2015 after issuing notice to the 5th respondent and affected parties, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
