THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5090 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner, who is accused No.2 in Crime No.103 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Miryalaguda II Town Police Station, Nalgonda District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the first respondent to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Station House Officer, Miryalaguda II Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, is hereby directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
