As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 04.08.2017 and as the matter underwent several adjournments, the matter was directed to be listed on 11.08.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
