ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in appointing respondent No.3 as the fair price shop dealer. At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS), on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the appointment of respondent No.3 was set aside by respondent No.1 and one Kasa Satyanarayana was appointed as the permanent fair price shop dealer in her place. In view of the above subsequent event, the cause on which the present writ petition is filed does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim orders dated 16.07.2008 in W.P.M.P.No.19799 of 2008 and dated 09.07.2009 in W.V.M.P.No.3156 of 2008 are vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.19799 of 2008 and 11954 of 2009 and W.V.M.P.No.3156 of 2008 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 14th October, 2015 GHN
