The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the Code') requesting to quash the proceedings in Crime No.18 of 2017 on the file of Vissannapet P.S., Krishna District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner having argued elaborately the matter and even submitted positive photographs. Permission is accorded and accordingly the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand closed.
