ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondents in re-designating the petitioners from Lamp Room Mazdoor Category No.1 to General Mazdoor underground, the present writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners were promoted to Category-II and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
