HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4179 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall go on. However, the police of Halia (Alwal), Nalgonda District are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused in Cr.No.60 of 2015 during the course of investigation. Petitioner/accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
