Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 and 2. 2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner of agricultural land to an extent of Acs.7.14 guntas in Survey No.59, Acs.8.05 guntas in Survey No.60 and Ac.1.07 guntas in Survey No.62 of Raipole Village, Ibrahimpartnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. According to petitioner, in respect of land to an extent of Ac.0.23 guntas in Survey No.62, the revenue records were altered and the name of the 3rd respondent is recorded with Katha No.175 without notice and opportunity. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred revision before the Joint Collector. Petitioner claims that though the revision was heard and reserved for orders on 25.11.2017, so far no orders are passed.

Though sufficient time was granted, learned Government Pleader for Revenue is not furnished with instructions. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that so far no orders are passed in the revision, even though the same was reserved for orders on 25.11.2017.

In view of the same, if so far no orders are passed in the revision bearing No.D5/404/2016, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Joint Collector to pass orders on the revision filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

- 3 - If the revision was re-opened, the Joint Collector shall conduct fresh hearing; finalize the revision proceedings and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J Date:27.11.2019 KH
