THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 669 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court rendered on 31.12.2014 in W.P.No.29189 of 2014 and batch. The writ petition is accordingly allowed in terms thereof. Section 163 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, inserted by way of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Act No.8 of 2014) is declared void. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
