Though the matter is listed on 7.11.2015, 27.11.2015, 7.12.2015 and 14.12.2015, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has not shown any interest to argue the matter and is seeking adjournment on one ground or the other. It appears that though the matter is of the year 2007, the petitioner has no interest to purse the matter.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
