This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A7 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.128 of 2012 on the file of the Station House Officer, Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad.

The above petition pertains to the year 2012. No interim stay was granted by this Court earlier. Today, when this matter has been taken up, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the above crime, charge sheet was filed against the petitioners and the Court below registered the same as C.C.No.1004 of 2013, and now, the said C.C. has been posted to 22.9.2016 for trial, and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
