THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1143 of 2014 ORDER :

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in terms of orders passed by this Court, no execution proceedings are taken up.

2. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. It is always open to the petitioner to allege violation of the orders of the Court as and when such violation takes place. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
