Sri M. Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate criminal court, where the F.I.R. is registered, to seek release of the vehicle in connection with F.I.R. No.50 of 2016 of Amadalavalasa Police Station.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
