Sri N. Gangadhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 23.01.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the revision petition.

2. In view of the same, permission is accorded and the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
