Since it is stated that the application dated 27.04.2016 submitted by the petitioner for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.5.00 cents in Survey Nos.87 and 89, situated at Ramchandrapur Village, Karimnagar District, is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application dated 27.04.2016 submitted by the petitioner for mutation, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
