THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.22331 of 2018 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Devadass Balantha, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law with regard to the assessment orders which were the basis for the garnishee notice which is subjected to challenge in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
