Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make application before the 4th respondent-Tahsildar ventilating her grievance regarding status of land claims to be belonging to petitioner. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
