HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioners claim that they purchased the land to an extent of Ac.26.00 guntas, out of Ac.31.00 guntas, in Sy.No.30/A of Ghanapur village, patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy district, through registered sale deed dated 01.12.2018. Petitioners filed application through TSTS Limited on 07.01.2019 to mutate their names in the revenue records and to issue e-pattadar pass books. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed. 2.

TS-Online receipt is enclosed as Ex.P3 at page no.19. Since application is already made, without entering into merits of the claim of petitioners, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar (3rd respondent) to consider the application for mutation made by the petitioners and take appropriate decision as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
