Learned Government Pleader states that the son of the petitioner was arrested in connection with Crime NO.15 of 2016 on the file of Chirala Railway Police Station and remanded to judicial custody. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed.
