HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22436 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus by directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to protect the petitioner for securing his above mentioned land from the illegal obstructions and force of the 4th respondent and her men."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, produced written instructions stating that the 3rd respondent is not the competent authority to protect the disputed land of the petitioner. It is stated that the petitioner instead of approaching the civil Court and obtaining police aid order, filed the present writ petition for granting police protection. It is further stated that the 3rd respondent is not interfering with the civil dispute or tried to settle the issue between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

Recording the submission made by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner under law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
