As there was no representation for the petitioner on 06.06.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, again there is no representation for the petitioner either in the forenoon or afternoon sessions. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in the pursuing the matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
