The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents in withdrawing the security cover with 1 + 1 security personnel provided to the petitioner without giving any notice or opportunity and without verifying the threat perception vide notice Rc.No.236/RI/DAR/VKB/2019, dated 13.11.2019, issued by the fourth respondent as bad, arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the Guidelines issued in G.O.Rt.No.655, dated 13.03.1997 and consequently direct the respondents to restore the security cover.

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Inspector General of Police, Intelligence, TS, Hyderabad, by his communication in ID.No.3749/IS-3/2007-2020, dated 01.02.2020, addressed to the fourth respondent requesting to continue the security of 1+1 PSOs to the petitioner. 3.

Having regard to the above communication, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed and no further orders need be pased in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
