HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.36591 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in taking up the road widening programme and fixing the centre point by taking the width of the road as 66 feet instead of taking centre point for 80 geet road on Saptagiri Circle to Suryanagar Junction.

Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondentsCorporation submits that as on date there is no proposal for road widening and no road widening work is being taken and as and when the road widening work is taken up all the aspects including the representation submitted by the petitioners on 24.10.2016 will be considered.

Recording the submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents-Corporation, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
