THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.37473 of 2014 ORDER:

Petitioners claim to be the landless poor persons and submitted representations to respondents 2 to 4 on 11.10.2010, 25.10.2010 and 20.09.2014 for grant of house site pattas under Indiramma Housing Scheme, in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.3.00 situated in survey No.382/2 of CN Kandriga Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District. The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents are not considering their representations. Hence, this writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners cannot have any claim for grant of house site pattas in any specific survey number or in any specific area. However, he fairly submits that a direction may be given to respondents 2 to 4 to consider the cases of the petitioners for grant of house site pattas, subject to their eligibility. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondents 2 to 4 to consider the cases of the petitioners for grant of house site pattas strictly in accordance with the schemes, if any, and subject to their eligibility. It is also made clear that this order will not be construed to be as a direction for grant of house site patta or for consideration of house site patta in any particular survey number or in any particular area. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of.
