THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.41 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner has been awarded certain work by 1st respondent, but the site was not made available to the petitioner as per the milestone programme notified without interruption and the petitioner had submitted a representation dt.22.10.2014 to the 1st respondent to finalise the accounts by duly treating the balance work as an authorized deletion, but the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon till date. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for Irrigation, appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.22.10.2014 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________
