19.01.2022 LK,J I.A.No. 1 of 2022 This Application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed vide order dated 07.12.2021 while granting bail to petitioner that he shall appear before the Station House Officer, Matwada Police Station on every alternative day for a period of one month and thereafter, on every Wednesday and Sunday between 10.00 A.M. and 05.00 P.M. for a period of two months or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been complying with the said condition and as it has become very difficult for him to appear before the Station House Officer, as stated supra, the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that petitioner has been complying with the condition and is cooperating with the investigation. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the said condition.

The Application is ordered accordingly.
