ORDER:

The subject matter of the writ petition is seizure of the Tractor & Trailor vehicles bearing Nos.AP 15 TC 2841 & AP 15 TC 2840, TS 02 UA 1610 & TS 02 UA 1611, AP 15 TC 7177 & AP 15 TC 7178, TS 02 UA 3429 & TS 02 UA 3428, TS 02 EE 5470 & TS 02 EE 5469, AP 15 TB 0825 & AP 15 TB 0826, AP 15 BN 6756 & AP 15 BN 6757, AP 15 TC 0690 & AP 15 TC 0740, AP 15 TA 9363 & AP 15 TA 9364, on the ground that the vehicles were transporting sand illegally.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the custody of the vehicles are made before the concerned Court.

3. Having regard to the fact that the custody of vehicles of the petitioners are placed before the concerned Court, the petitioners have to avail the remedy as available under Section 451 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
