HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1300 of 2015 ORDER :

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/decree holders seeking a direction to the Court below for early disposal of E.P.No.13 of 2013 in R.C.No.36 of 2013.

2. The petitioners are decree holders vide order and decree dated 12.7.2013 in R.C.No.36 of 2013 on the file of Principal Rent Controller, Secunderabad. It is the grievance of the petitioners/decree holders that inspite of dismissal of E.A.No.12 of 2014 filed by the 2nd respondent/claim petitioner, vide order dated 10.6.2015, no orders are passed in E.P.No.13 of 2013. Therefore, the petitioners seek a direction for early disposal of E.P.No.13 of 2013 in R.C.No.36 of 2013.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, it is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners/decree holders that there are other E.As., filed by other third parties pending consideration.

4. In the absence of particulars of E.As, which are pending consideration before the Court below, no direction can be given for early disposal of E.P.No.13 of 2013. However, as the decree is of 2013, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the civil revision petition with a direction to the Court below to dispose of all the E.As., in

E.P.No.13 of 2013 in R.C.No.36 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible.

5. Subject to the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of, at the admission stage. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
