HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO PIL No. 303 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) In this public interest litigation (PIL), on 23-11-2015, notice was issued to the respondents. Thereafter, it was placed before the Court on 18-01-2016 when none appeared for the petitioners. In order to give one more opportunity to appear and argue the petition, we adjourned the matter to 01-02-2016. On 01-02-2016, Sri K.S.V. Subrahmanyeswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners had prayed for time to file reply affidavit. Till today, he has not filed reply affidavit nor is he present in the Court today. Sri Ch. Madhava Raman, learned counsel holding for Sri Subrahmanyeswara Rao once again seeks adjournment. When we refused adjournment, he expressed his inability to go on with the matter.

In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the PIL for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
