This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners/A-1 & A-2 under Sections 397 & 401 Cr.P.C., against order, dated 15.02.2016, passed in Crl.M.P.No.42 of 2016 in S.C.No.589 of 2014, by the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, wherein the learned Judge dismissed the Crl.M.P. filed by the petitioners.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trial Court should have passed a detailed order and without assigning any reason, the present petition is dismissed as lack of bona fide. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with the following direction: The order, dated 15.02.2016 passed in CrI.M.P.No.42 of 2016 in S.C.No.589 of 2014, on the file of the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, is set aside restoring the Crl.M.P.No.42 of 2016 to its file and the learned Judge is directed to pass appropriate orders after hearing the parties.
