HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims that he has presented the Development Agreement-cum-Irrevocable General Power of Attorney on the property concerning the land to an extent of Ac.0.22.4 guntas in Sy.Nos.97 and 98 of Pothaipally village, Shameerpet Mandall. The document was presented on 03.04.2019 and the Sub-Registrar (2nd respondent) assigned P.No.87/2019. Even after seven months, there is no intimation as to why the document is kept pending and why it is not registered.

Having regard to the submissions, without entering into the merits, 2nd respondent is directed to process the document P.No.87/2019 and pass appropriate orders. If the 2nd respondent is not accepting the request of petitioner to register the document, he shall assign reasons in support of refusal and communicate the same to the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
