\ \ This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.84 of 2Ol7 on the file of the learned IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad (for short, "the trial Court") for the offences under Sections 420, 468 and 47 1 oll.P.C. 2.
No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No. I -State. 3.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by filing the copy of e-Courts proceedings, rvould submit that C.C.No.84 of 20 17 has ended up in acquittal vide judgment dated 14.I1.2023 on the file of the trial Court, upon due contest. Therefore, he would submit that no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition and seeks to dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous. 4.
